A mobile-first system that automates the generation of engineering site-review reports, freeing senior engineering capacity.
ASR Engineers' Principal Engineer spent roughly 15 hours a week compiling site-review reports by hand — pulling together observations, permits, drawings, photos, compliance notes and client communications across fragmented tools, with no mobile capability and slow client turnaround.
We built a custom, mobile-first Site Review Report Automation system with structured onsite data entry, real-time observation capture and integrated photo, permit and drawing uploads. Weather data syncs automatically via API, reports are generated as AI-assisted PDFs, and a Professional Engineer review-and-stamp workflow feeds direct client email delivery from the platform.
