The business managed all calls, bookings and updates manually through Wix, causing delays, missed leads and repetitive work. Its custom CRM was not integrated with the booking system, making job and client tracking time-consuming.
We deployed AI voice agents via VAPI to answer incoming calls around the clock, and integrated Wix Bookings with the custom CRM through Make.com. A custom AI agent scores leads by behaviour and engagement, keeps CRM data synchronised in real time, captures leads from Google Ads, routes them to sales reps and triggers automated WhatsApp follow-ups.
