A unified, AI-powered education platform that replaces a fragmented toolset and scales tutoring operations without growing admin overhead.
TutorBoost ran on a fragmented stack of Google Meet, Excel, Slack and WhatsApp, leaving staff with a heavy manual workload for communication and admin and a disjointed experience for students and parents.
We designed and built an end-to-end SaaS platform with three purpose-built portals for students, tutors and admin — covering booking, live video classes, progress tracking, scheduling, payments and real-time reporting. It is powered by Anthropic's Claude API for AI-generated study plans, lesson summaries and a smart tutoring assistant, with n8n-driven workflow automation for onboarding, tutor assignment and follow-ups. The stack is Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, LiveKit and Stripe, deployed on AWS.
